Anglers Resort

We are open from March to November

The  resort has 9 cabins for rent. The cabins have from 1 to 3 rooms and accommodate from 3 to 8 people each. The cabins have private bathrooms, heat and air-conditioning, linens, picnic table, barbecue, and fully equipped kitchens with range, refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot, toaster, dishes, pots and pans. Pets and smoking are allowed. The resort is partially accessible to handicapped persons.

The resort is secluded and quiet, and the property is wooded. It is conveniently located on the north end of Pomme de Terre Lake where it has 300 feet of shoreline and a boat launch. Boats are provided with the cabin rentals, and motor rentals are available. Water recreation includes swimming, trophy fishing, and water skiing. Nearby recreation includes golf, tennis, hiking, bicycling, and hunting.

The property is only 1/2-mile west of the dam, and it is 1,000 feet off the main highway. Nearby are a couple of grocery stores, cafes, and antique and flea market shopping.

Pomme de Terre Lake is approximately 7,800 acres, with a maximum water depth of 85 feet. Fish include muskie, bass, walleye, crappie, and catfish; guide service is available.

Canoe Trips are available on the Pomme de Terre River
